1: Research & Planning
We identified the problem of communication barriers between Deaf and hearing individuals. Our team researched existing solutions, market needs, and technologies that could support real-time translation. We finalized the idea of smart glasses and made it a reality.

2: Design & Prototype Development
We designed the glasses with a camera and planned the pocket module for processing and speaker output. A block diagram and 3D sketches were created to show the system. We sourced the hardware components and prepared the app design.

3: Testing & Adjustments
We integrated the hardware and software, tested sign recognition through the app, and checked the translation output via the speaker. Challenges included hardware size and translation accuracy, which we improved by adjusting the design and training.

4: Finalization & Presentation
The prototype was completed and evaluated. We documented costs, risks, and feasibility, and prepared the business plan, market research, and Gantt chart. The final presentation highlights the project’s strengths, areas for improvement, and real-world impact.
